Just coming out of "lurk mode" for a moment. If drilling were to start today, the rig will drill about 70 metres a day. The cores will be tagged/split and "boxed". The cores will then be sent off to a Chilean Assay company after about 3 holes are completed. Even under an accelerated program, I would suggest that you are looking at a minimum of 6 weeks before assay results. The only thing that will change this process is if the core has "significant massive sulphide indicators". In this case the single core will be rushed out for quick assay for "share price appreciation" and the ensuing PP that always accompanies a share price hike!

500 metre drill hole is 8 days of drilling. (the deeper the whole the less "meterage" per day)
Three holes 24 days, shipping 1 week, assayer turnaround 2 weeks!

Back to lurking...good luck I am keeping my fingers crossed for all of you! May you fall into a bucket of gold and have opportunity to rub it in, that I don't own MDIN!!<gg>
