That is one way of looking at it. A spin could be put on just about anything if you want. I have learned that most industries, not just mining, have a "buddy" and "old school friends" thing going at the top. I do not see MINE going belly up - to many shares held by insiders and judging buy the amount of money they have put in this I do not see it going that way. Also the Bolivian gov. seems to be on MINE side. Time will tell.

That's not such a bad comment, old "buddies" that is why I am surprized nothing has leaked publicly with regard to the report, good news always gets out.
