Sean Thanks for the comments. I should have posted my dream machine items sooner. The builder and I discussed the Bay Cooler vs the Global Iwin HD Cooler. Apparently he doesn't normally stock the Global Iwin and I wasn't aware that it was quieter and provided more air flow. I've sent off an email asking him if he can make the changes. >>All fans used in case must have ball bearings and have tachometer capabilities.
