IMO these numbers are obtainable considering they already have 4,000 sign-ups in the first three weeks

I don't think you can assume all 4,000 of these people are willing to drop $657 per year playing online bingo.

with no advertising.

Correct me if i am wrong, but I believe the Bingo Web site advertised this:

Be one of the first 2000 people to enter and you could win return airfare for 2 to HAWAII.

Plus, we'll give you your first 6 cards FREE just for entering!

Well, I don't believe those numbers by a lot. Nor do I believe that people will play a game where they cannot see the other winners. After all I could put up a game where bingo was played and nobody would win $1. My software could control every board and pick numbers that would give any number of people tantalizingly close 4 in a rows before declaring a winner that no one else sees - me.

You can build it, and they may come, but they won't stay long. I think you will see very high turnover rate in this. And most people will not bet $5 15 times an hour for long. This is wildly optimistic. Since you have confirmed that they actually intend to run traditional Bingo games, it is quite clear to me that they have only this imagined thread of a hope that things will workout this way.

Interesting to note that of the employees that you listed, that 2 of them are devoted to Investor Relations. with 5 offices, that suggests 40% of your company is devoted to shareholders buying more shares. That is a little peculiar to say the least. Talk about your inverted priorities.

But what are these people signing up for? Not just the free airfare to Hawaii contest, by any chance?
