To All,

Apologize for my absence but my priviledges were temporary suspended by SI. Anyhow, moving forward I understand that negotiations with Bell Mobility have "cooled". The recent additional financing sent mixed signals to many people. I for one, was not impressed by it!

That is why I feel that the stock started drifting south the last couple of days. I also strongly feel, that if the market continues to remain volatile, we will witness additional drops in price. Don't get me wrong, I am still long on this play, but I strongly feel that we may test the $15-16 range again, unless the company comes out with some much needed news regarding the takeover rumors.

There is no way in my mind that I envision Clearnet not being purchased by someone. I just think that it may now take a bit more time than I first anticipated. The front runners continue to be Bell Mobility and BC Tel/Telus. I was hoping that an amicable deal with Bell Mobility could be reached by the end of this month, but this now seems very very unlikely.

Anyhow, that is what I have been hearing within the financial community. A deal still looks very promising but be prepared to wait a little longer!

Cheers,
ZEUS
