still in IMCL as heard someone needed cash. Phs III is what I was talking about - if no announcement today, unlikely this week - that announcement is coming though. So, I believe no Phs III announcement, BUT today the institutional investor conference starts out west. Also, saw 5 o6 buys of 10,000 and 15,000 on Monday at 11 1/8 - those purchsers have not sold - at least not in those big of blocks and if they did sell as smaller blocks I doubt that b/c that would take half a day's volm so I believe the purchasers at 11 1/8 (breakout pt) are still holding
