Image-Photo Systems Inc. to Introduce On-Line Rendering
WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--Image-Photo Systems Inc. (OTC BB:FOTG - news) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with AAEX Corp. in which it will purchase worldwide rights, in a licencing agreement, to offer on-line rendering via the corporate Web site at phototek-intl.com.

FOTG management expects to execute the definitive agreement within two weeks.

Image-Photo Systems Inc. licensing agreement will permit users to render two-dimensional images into three-dimension bump maps on-line without the necessity to install client side image rendering software.

Such implementation is another example in the trend towards Network Computing as advocated by Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ:ORCL - news) and Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ:SUNW - news), especially with NC devices incapable of running sophisticated client side applications. Image-Photo Systems Inc. licensing agreement includes future image rendering developments provided by Aaex Corp. and its X-Server.net system.

Image-Photo Systems Inc. will offer its customers access to these services, retaining 50% of any revenue collected from user access fees or from advertising banner revenue.

Aaex Corp. will implement automated billing for these services, provide necessary bandwidth and provide hardware expansion as required. This agreement will last for three years with an option for renewal every three years thereafter.

FOTG management anticipates this strategic licensing agreement will enable the company to take advantage of the exponential growth of the Internet.
