I look at those sales this way.

1.) It's the cost of doing business and getting a different investment bank behind the company (May Davis is located in the World Trade Center which is not the cheapest real estate in Manhattan).

2.) Their stock should basically now be counted as part of the float whether they have sold or not. And all of our stock is basically of the same status.

3.) May Davis has an obligation to assist MSU is absorbing any 144 sales into the open market and then finding buyers for those shares.

So we have sellers lurking out there (like you and I), and we have a new investment banks that is fully aware of that stock lurking out there.

I actually hope that Capital Bay investors sell now as it would be far easier to absorb those shares at this price than at $3-5/share.
