Paul-

Do you, or anyone else, know who pays for Tolly's tests? I was under the impression, possibly from the old Bay thread, that vendors did.

NT seems to be engaged in a lot of partnering. For instance, from today's NT and RMDY announced an integration software package that automatically displays a caller's history. The ACLU will undoubtedly take note. The companies said the call-center package, combining NT's AgentTrigger with Remedy's Action Request System, can help reduce support costs and speed resolution of end-user problems.

I believe that NT will announce it is partnering with a company that sells intelligent load balancers to Web sites using a cluster of servers. No big deal to NT, probably, but indicative of the presence they have in the marketplace.
