I tried to have an application sent to me but got this message: "SORRY! Our web server is having difficulty processing your form. Please use your browser's "Back" button to go back and resubmit it.
If you get this error again, please call Customer Service at 1-800-782-1876." I can only imagine how many etrade costumers are trying to change brokers....
