bam, The original story from last Friday (2/5/99) did mention two filings. I agree that this 825,000 was one of them. I think the other was less than 200,000 also owned by MOT or an arm of MOT. Why Briefing felt this was newsworthy again today is beyond me. I agree that MOT shouldn't sell at these prices. But they may have got alot of the shares around the original ipo price (wasn't that about $18?).

asbullish as you and many of us are, don't kid yourself that there are any successful cheap internet companies out there...its just a question of how expensive can they get.....by traditional measures, it wouldn't be cheap if it fell 80%
