George

But Kuwait called for the cuts and quite desperately for some time already, hasn't it? And that was nothing but a cry in a desert.
The unsurmountable obstacle for the resolving the crisis is the Iraq's quote usurped by SA. The bitterness toward SA throughout OPEC countries is extreme and grows only worse. It is blatantly accused of malicious setting of the crisis and is hold responsible for all the horrendous losses that it led to. Iran is saying they are worse
than all those suffered by Iran in its war with Iraq. It is inconceivable that this contradictions and grave hostilities in OPEC
could allow it to achieve some meaningful cooperation.

Goerge,
I don't care how they get there, as long as they get there.
