From your response I take it that the general feeling on this board is that this particular action will not be taken? Is there anyone on this board (other than me and Toy) who believes that Microsoft may be forced to publish the source code to Windows 95 and Windows 98?

Microsoft would have to license the underlying source code to its Windows operating system under one of the recommendations being considered if it loses the antitrust trial, according to a published report.

The licensing action is being considered by a committee advising the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ) on potential remedies if it wins its antitrust case against Microsoft, Business Week reported, citing unidentified people in contact with the group.
