No we never got the anfs stock because they (anfs) declared the certificate invalid. We have the certificate still but it's worthless except as evidence.....This is why we are suing as I understand it.. Once the suit is settled hopefully the costco money will start to flow with back royalties... Mr Naughton would just assume that no one discusss the lawsuit at all on the internet until it's over...I think whatever happens the end will be truely to the benefit of JNNE but that's jmo.
