Maybe 3Com's earnings are falling faster than it's share price, and it is 15.3 times next years earnings and climbing---who knows.

15 times next years earning can become 20 times next years earnings estimates come down. At 20 times it will be fairly valued. This dog is not coming back soon. Focus on other winners.
