Almost every small- and mid- cap stock is trashed. On the other hand, almost every big-cap is overvalued by multiples over the long-term growth rate. This kind of thing has become one of the most dependable trends in the whole stock market. I imagine then, that many folks have made money betting on such a strong trend, and expect to continue to do so. Must be hard to be a small- or mid- cap fund manager, who are interested in long-term prospects.

In other words, it seems to me the forces which move this stock have a lot of interest in trading, rather than long-term shareholder value. Similar to other small and midcaps...

I own a bit of this stock. I pick it up whenever the price is low. Even if the company has a few problems, I don't think they truly affect the macro picture so badly as the stock moves seem to paint. Further, a proper valuation of this stock should include something like a "price to backlog" and it so far does not.

...judging from the stock action, maybe this isn't as horrid as it seemed.
