I agree, Guidothecat, once they think market conditions are ripe, they will file and present the IPO in a quick manner so they don't miss there window.

Guido,

MALL filed the S-1 for UBID on 7/2/98, so it was a whole lot more than a week. MALL just timed the final S-1A with some good PR to kick off the UBID IPO.

Don't bet that once NAVR announces that the IPO will be a week later. You'll be waiting a long time.
