Partytime, In all honesty I think the company is getting close to completing the deal. I've also noticed that ZULU and ESVS are trading at around the same share price ($2.00). Has anyone called the company lately? Well I have... Remember when you use to call the company and they answered "ZULU?" Well try calling the company now and see how they answer! They now answer "Enhanced Service!" Hmmmmmm! Also I remember somewhere in the PRE14A were it said that ZULU would liquidate all there assets to ESVS before February 28, 1999 after the deal was approved. Could the company be trying to meet this schedule? Hmmmmm! Lastly, I remember somewhere in the PRE14A files with the SEC on January 13, 1999 that ESVS would try to get re-listed on Nasdaq and submit info. to appeal the de-listing no later than March 10, 1999. Again, could they be trying to meet these dates? I mean at best the market is trying to tell us something. I remember when people were saying since the price of ZULU and ESVS wasn't trading in parity that the market was betting the deal was not likely to happen. So what is it saying now? That the deal is inevitable? LOL!!!!! See you all next month! CWIII
