I emailed BCSC and got a reply only 5 min ago. They said that were required to shut it down and would not state if they would bring it up again.

I called the company about insider activity a couple of weeks ago. All that was sold was around 100,000 by Nell and a couple hundred thousand by Chet. There positions in the stock are massive and you can bet that when the next financing is announced they will be taking part in it. If I saw that insiders had sold 1/4 of their respective holdings or more, I would be afraid that they are bailing out but that is the furthest thing from the case here. Remember that the type of promotion that this group is capable of never happened on the last run-up in price. I am sure that in the next run there will be newsletter writers involved etc that will push the shares north of $1
