Zurdo, I believe here is where the Everen Securities statement was made: techstocks.com "Details of the filing -- such as how many shares would be sold and the offering price were not available. Observers familiar with the situation said Chicago-based Everen Securities will manage the offering. An Everen spokesman declined to comment, as did a spokesman for Navarre." Go NAVR!!! KS
