>>Talked to investor relations again. They are very unconcerned. No new guidance.<<

Very unconcerned? I think they are very concerned and just
don't know what to do.

If I was an employee depending on stocks/options as far as payment
package, I would be thinking of migrating to CSCO today.
CSCO has 100's of openings right now.

Just the facts. In the last 9 yearly time frames excluding 90-91 and 95-96 periods, COMS fared poorly from Feb to May with the bottom somewhere in late April or early May and then accelerating up to close the year. Since I have been in COMS for last two years I see that has happened. Seasonality is big with this mutt.

Technical indicators show good chance of a bottom around this area. Specifically RSI (Relative Strength Indicator) is really close to a buy signal. This is significant as I find this to be the most reliable indicator, signaling buys only 2 previous times over the past 2 years -- once 11/14/97 @ 28, and again on 6/02/98 @ 23, both correct calls. Other indicators say the same thing, but are not as reliable.

As others have already said, P/E's for this year and next are really low, assuming that they come close to making their numbers. I believe this has become a feeding frenzy, and who knows, maybe there really is a good reason for it, but the valuation seems to be compelling.
