I do not agree. The constitution guarantees a citizen won't be deprived of life without due process- it does not guarantee no innocents will be killed- accidents happen. But at the hands of a murderer there is no due process- big difference. No justice system will be 100% fair or error free but I still like the death penalty. I wouldn't go around enforcing it by myself, vigilante style, but I like it around. I wish it were more fair, I hope it becomes more fair. But I like it anyway.
