I believe the quote.com ticker is 15 or 20 minutes delayed so you're just looking at the dying minutes of the market before it closed.

Quote.com has problem with there feed from Canadian exchange (it some time about 60 minutes delayed). It should be fixed soon, but so far you have to rely on an other source.

For US Quote the are Great.
