I am pretty confident that Lev said 1,800 batteries per day. Fred knows the
calculations, but as I recall, at $ 2.50 per watt hour one can justify north of $ 80 per
laptop battery. Using $ 75 per laptop battery, then 1,800 per day implies annual
revenue of > $ 40 mm. And given a 60% gross margin, one can reasonably justify cash
flow breakeven.

Hi Paul, I just got a clarification on batteries vs. cells. Lev intended to say batteries. Line
1 should therefore break the company even by producing 1800 laptop batteries per
day. IMO this means that one shift per day (2500 batteries est) would be more than
profitable. I agree that 30 watt-hr x $2.50 per watt hour, or $75 revenue per battery is
reasonable.
