Why Keane chose this particular moment to disseminate the bad news?
It seems to me that very likely they have good news tomorrow. In
addition to the earning numbers, they might say, even after deduct
the $80 millions, there backlog of non-y2k business is more than X%
(X > 35)increase than last year. This reminds me of AOL.

>>BUT. let not your emotions for the company get in the way of your judgment.<<

I appreciate the advice; however, I've been analyzing Keane for several years now and feel very good about the company and the integrity of its management. I could absolutely be wrong; but if I'm wrong it's not because of a rush to judgement but rather a serious long-term misjudgement of the company and its management.

By the way, can't help but quote: "Generally, he who occupies the field of battle first and awaits his enemy is at ease; he who comes later to the scene and rushes into the fight is weary."

Thanks again...and my best to you...
