Well, He didn't or couldn't say much. He showed up just to say he is real and will be an ipo. But why the stock is slipping? I haven't seen any filing yet. All I know the Germen paid 200M for the half of it. So how many shares we are talking about, If 10M shares, then IPO should be what? 40 dollars, hahaha. Hope we will have better volume and up tomarrow. As far as I remember this stock bypassed 35-40 range end of december, could be backfilling. Anyway, we will find out, BUT WHEN WILL THE REPORT COME OUT??????

This stock has been under distribution for some time - as per my previous posts. The bigger/smarter money has used strength to sell. Still .... lets hope that's it ... strange they didn't mention anything about the IPO to help the price action, but maybe keeping that as a positive to announce in a few days once the dust settles. Anyone know if they have filed the S form yet ??. My bigger concern is that they don't move with the IPo because they cannot decide with B what to do/when to do it ... and the market tanks .... still ... it looks a bit healthier, if suspect, these last couple of days.
