one of the issues at the shareholder meeting was to increase the amount of shares authorized. i can't seem to find the info but i do know that the increase was approved.

just found the proxy voting instructions. item 3 increases the amount of authorized common shares from 200mm to 250mm
i do not know how many have been issued since the disclosure statement.

I think you raise legitimate issues, its always correct to know the facts, pro and con. Posters probably should not be relied upon for this (although I think Dallas has an opinion along this line that would be worth hearing).

FWIW new management is coming for ppp. I'll join you in asking for clarification of their basic plan as soon as possible. You can bet these mangmt guys are looking at everything as we speak.

MJ is getting in gear for production (I would assume, and hope!).
Maybe he's not the guy to pressure for this, but its a legit question,
I'll grant you that!

The reason I suggested you read past posts is that MJ addressed the shares issue at length in earlier posts....What I did not think about(DUH)is that there must be more dilution since we really are not making money now are we???This should be addressed by the company...But, I still think you can learn about MJ by reading past posts since we have a unique situation here....How often do you have access to a CEO on the internet....
