Billy Saul Estes went to a rather nice Federal (white collar) Pen. for these very same actions many years ago, except he was getting loans on liquid fertilizer trailers, oh, he did paint different serial numbers
on each side of the trailer....

When I met him he was on his "weekend off". Complained about only a 9 hole course.
