EYDY This one REALLY MOVES!

I just got off the phone with Charles Phillips. I asked about how things were going. he said well. I
tried to see if I could get any information out of him about any News in the pipeline and he told me
that he could not tell me anything.{ he was kind of hard to read on this point.} He did tell me that
the PR firm that was hired to promote EYDY with investors and the finacial world will be stepping up
there efforts soon. He said that EYDY will soon have a 1-800 number for people to call. He did
mention that A request by the Coast Guard has been made for a presentation of there products.
In regards to share count he confirmed these numbers.
Here is the stock structure:
Authorized Shares: 10,000,000 common stock

I generally follow 2 types of "gainers" - 1st Day, 2nd Day gainers.
1st day gainers have FRESH momentum (usually news). 2nd day gainers has less momentum. I normally place a higher priority on 1st day gainers in strong markets.

We have 4 types of patterns at the OPEN on 1st and 2nd gainers:

1. No pullback (runners)
2. Weak pullbacks (1/4 ot 3/8 pt)
3. Normal pullbacks (3/4 pt)
4. Strong pullbacks (over a buck)

The first 2 are tough to trade by most traders..experienced or inexperienced. You must buy when you see the first uptick.
I personally do not recommend them very often because of "delayed trades" of NASDAQ near the open.

There are situations that would FORCE us into an OPEN buy. If a stock had news that was real big, I would buy the first uptick.

A "big story" stock can do any of the 4 OPEN types above. We often use "THE GAP UP" strength to determine our expection for the stock.

The "gap" is nothing more than "Pressure on our 3 types of traders"

1. Daytraders
2. Amateurs with Pre-market orders
3. Institutions

#1 group will provide short term oscillations
#2 will produce action at the open by pre market orders (sells and buys)
#3 move slowly and usually later in the day..

So as pressure is exerted on our trading companions we anticipate predetermined and repeatable "action". That is why I usually look for 3/4 pt NORMAL pullbacks depending on:

1. THE GAP
2. THE PLAYERS BEHAVIOR
3. THE MARKET

The market is dynamic and a trader by implication must be dynamic also or one will never be a consistent long term "daytrader"
