>>when did dell report earnings last year?

The columns are lined up so that they track from year to year (same day of the week). Dell reports this year after the bell on 2/16. Slip across to the 1998 column and you'll see they reported last year on 2/18 after the bell. You can review their exceptional earnings announcement for last year at
dell.com

According to Yahoo, the analysts expected .19 and the actual was .20 (split adjusted... they have had 2 2:1 splits since then).

But you better do your own due diligence, or hire me as your financial planner for 1% of your portfolio <g>.
