I bought 1200 shares at 2 1/8 a couple of days ago.

Read the news releases...here are important highlights:

rapid growth:

The company also announced that its revenues for January 1999 were more than $39,245. This figure equals the total company revenues for calendar year 1998.

great location:

The company, a 3-year-old ISP, has recently expanded its calling area to virtually all of Southern California. It now has local access numbers from Santa Barbara to San Diego, to Palm Springs. Staruni plans to have local access numbers throughout California in the first half of 1999.

Agressive Marketing:

Staruni, which is presently marketing its services on radio and television in the Southern California area, has recently expanded its services to include all of Southern California. The Company intends to expand throughout the rest of California in 1999.

and e-commerce

Staruni divisions operate various Internet web sites such as cyberhotline.com, ibargain.com, officewarehouse.com, whattup.com and others. These websites provide shopping on-line as well as information and other services.

As for the shares that is what the company told me: 4 mill OS FLOAT 500k
