GOP senators Jeffords and Specter to vote against both the articles!!!! (I kinda expected Jeffords to vote that way, but Specter is a little bit surprising... ). Also, watch out for Collins, Snowe and Chafee. They might vote for acquittal too. And perhaps a few more will follow them... Of course, the perjury article is already expected to lose by miles! Ah! At long last, the delightful smell of victory!! How SWEET it is!!!

I propose a "big bang and evolution moment of silence" in the schools. Good idea! I think they should do that and drive the Creationists completely nuts! :-) Btw, looks like "brees" is going off the edge even as Clinton is heading for acquittal by a bi-partisan vote in the Senate.

People For the American Way to target GOP House members in Year 2000 campaign... dailynews.yahoo.com Specifically, 68 House Republicans who voted for impeachment and who come from districts that voted for Clinton in 1996 are being targeted. I am willing to bet that one of them is Tom Campbell -- the "legal mind" that thinks it is OK to base one's vote on hearsay "evidence"!
