That is pretty funny. It makes no strategic sense. The only possible suitor for Boeing that even has an inkling of any synergistic sense is GE. That one won't happen either.

BA will be generating an extremely large cash flow in 1999. A lot of this will be generated from the sale of underutilized assets.

The question is where will this new found money go?

1) An extremely large share buyback.
2) Strategic acquisitions that will enhance shareholder value. I would expect any acquisition to be in the realm of the Space and Communications arena. This business unit has the most potential.
