Len: I would disagree with staying with the longer holds. Make sure you have a mix. It is quite ok to jump on "hot" news.....I would just take an extra minute to make sure it is actually "hot" first....

Isn't it funny how we each have different trading styles? Holding longer term really seems to be what's right for you, Len. And every time I hold for more than an overnight gap, I get clobbered. I saw again today that I'm at my best when I'm trading quickly in and out one issue all day.

The lesson here: Stick with what works for you.

PS: When I finally buy some EMC for a long term hold, I'll let you know, as it'll probably tank....
