Yes, it's a nice machine. You can setup internet access on it, the screen is bright and sharp, and the lithium battery lasts much longer than on any WIN laptop. Discount prices are now in the $699 range. The LG and NEC Mobilon machines are the nicest PDA's in my opinion. There are a new crop of larger WIN CE machines out, such as the Mobilon Tripad and Hewlett Packard Jornada, but they are the size of the newest generation of WIN98 thin laptops and run close to a thousand dollars in price. I would buy something like the Sony Vaio 505 or Toshiba 3010CT instead of those.

Regards,
John

One caveat - every Phenom Express I have seen ships with WIN CE 2.0, they say an upgrade ROM chip to the latest WIN CE version will be made available without charge. I would prefer to buy the machine with the upgrade already installed, maybe that is out now or coming very soon.

PS - Just remembered something else. If you can wait, Sony will be releasing a WIN98 machine the size of the Phenom a bit later this year. It is currently sold in Japan, and comes with a small video camera built right into the case above the screen. Cost will be quite a bit higher than the Phenom though...
