Today's stock action was less than inspiring. Makes me doubt a that a truly big announcement would be coming tomorrow. That might also mean a little bit more of a pullback afterwards. Or of course I could be totally surprised. But if that is the only disappointment it will still be the best earnings/conference call in ages.

Patrick,

so how come we haven't yet rounded Cal's corner and headed into homeplate?

Bear in mind that the market cap is twice what it was last time we were trying to hold Cal's corner. With a stock price of $12 we will have a market cap higher than when we ran to $41 in 1996. (there were only 6M shares in the float back then) Ancor will land more large contracts and Ancor will make new highs.

I think we were all a little spoiled by how fast we went from $2 to $7 1/2. Don't let a month of consolodation rattle you so much, it isn't like Fibre channel had it's day and now it is waning...

I am guessing that we won't have big news tomorrow, but I am guessing big news could come Friday, Monday, Tuesday, who knows. These guys are throwing curveballs at us now. You used to be able to count on any news they had stored up to be announced at earnings. Now it comes whenever - good luck trying to time it. This will add stability in the long run.
