One things for sure, there aren't any short positions in PCNTF because you can't short an IPO for the first 30 days. It would be more bullish if there were a large short interest, but the 30 day rule is necessary to keep the gangsters from destroying new issues.

I agree that volume will tell the story, and that 30 looks very good.
It may have just spiked today on the CNBC mention, only to be forgotten tomorrow.
