I do want to make sure that I correct something. The issued shares have not increased. The trading yesterday was a sale from an individual investor who sold to a MM. The shares were then resold and it certainly showed as some big volume trading. Spencer did not issue and sell more shares yesterday. This has been confirmed by the TA. It is strange but when I defended Spencer last year on issuing shares and selling them the company was in fact diluting. Now when I see the activity yesterday and I jump all over Spencer for diluting the shares it turns out that he was not diluting the stock. I would like to see LTGLD maintain the issued shares at the present level. If there is no further dilution this year I would be curious to see if the company could hit an earnings per share of .15 per share. That still remains to been seen.
