Taxi, 800,000 and change is correct for RFGI's float. You calculated the outstanding shares. Very thin indeed. I didn't try to short, but I'd be curious as to whether there are any shares to borrow. Odd story. Though the market cap before today was $6-7 million, I wouldn't have put it in the same class as others of these one day wonders. Their SEC filings looked too clean - just a rather small insurance company that got the urge to join the internut party. OTOH, is a $35 million market cap, $12 stock really a smart long daytrading vehicle either? 2 1/4 to a high of 14 in one day, but it'll soon be forgotten.

Regards,
Bob
