STAR WARS, TERMINATOR ON YOUR COMPUTER -- IN DVD QUALITY PAYFORVIEW.COM (OTC: PAYV), an Internet-based entertainment company, will distribute movies, music, live events and other filmed entertainment directly to viewers on a pay-for-view basis. PAYV will allow subscribers to view movies in real time, at the subscriber's convenience and at the time desired, on a computer or television In an agreement with Voyager International Entertainment, PAYV acquired the Internet broadcast and DVD (Digital Video Disk) rights to an extensive 1400 film and video library -- an agreement has been signed to add an additional 800 film library. The libraries include marketable films in every genre, and feature classics like Citizen Kane, The Ten Commandments and many others. PAYV will continue to acquire the rights to other films in order to add content to their film library catalogue, and will identify merchandising opportunities through the sale of video cassettes, DVDs, special-edition boxed sets, international distribution, etc. In the agreement with Voyager, PAYV also acquired Street Solid Records, a move that will give them a foothold in the distribution of audio entertainment. PAYV's board and management team have a proven track record in corporate administration, entertainment, and Internet technology. PAYV entered a joint agreement with ITV.NET (Los Angeles, CA) to develop technology to distribute online filmed entertainment. Founded in 1995, ITV.NET was one of the first Webcast providers dedicated to making the Internet a viable broadcast medium for entertainment, business and education. ITV.NET was the second company to broadcast live over the Internet, following Bloomberg by only six hours. ITV.NET will provide technical expertise and resources to PAYV, and their unique technology will allow PAYV to begin broadcasting films to subscribers through the Internet almost immediately. PAYV anticipates a broadcast of sample clips in the first quarter of 1999, and hopes to broadcast a live event within approximately 90 days using ITV.NET's technology. Combined revenues for entertainment companies around the world were over US $197 billion in 1996 (Variety Magazine's Global Top 50, August 31st, 1997). New venues and technological advances in DVD and Internet broadcasting have created new sources of income for companies with product to distribute. PAYV estimates second-year market potential at 250,000 subscribers, growing to 1,000,000 by year three. These figures are based on the potential of today's market in an industry that is recording compounded annual growth in excess of 2.5% per month. In addition,PAYV considers DVD retail, Internet broadcast and foreign distribution excellent assets that may produce income almost immediately. As technology expands into lesser-developed countries, the potential to broadcast films via the Internet to these countries should increase dramatically.
