Evening m33806 and what an interesting thought. I for one would be very happy with receiving MSFT stock. But no matter how it turns out I think that those who are holding IDTC are going to be real winners in the end. I for one will be buying a little more of IDTC tomorrow.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

I seriously doubt that that scenario is in the offing. The company has stated in the last cc that they had been advised by their SEC lawyers not to comment. That is pre registration type of talk. Although certainly a suitor could tender stock as part of the deal. IMO an IPO is the way this will go. Indeed, I don't think the consent solicitation would have read the way it did unless this were the case.
