I enjoy reading your thoughtful posts always. Please take my advice and ignore Mr. One Note Wexler. He is beneath your notice. Don't be a
stranger.

<<some stock promotion scheme>>

I agree.

<<TAVA does not know how to increase shareholder value>>

Then why are you buying the stock?

<<You say that TAVA the company is not a Fraud but someone or some entity is perpetuating a Stock Promotion Scheme (this seems like a change from you did their attorneys contact you?).>>

This was my claim for the very beginning. people just keep forgetting or getting it wrong. Spare me the lawyer nonsense. I've heard it a million times, and it's boring.

<<You do not have the type of influence or respect from me>>

What I do have is your money.. and the money of a lot of other small investors who got in at or near the tops. If I had to choose between your respect and your money I'll take the latter.

<<As far as selling CPU because you own it. LOL, I was being facetious. You do not have the type of influence or respect from me that would cause me to sell what I believe to be a winning long position (in time).>>

Judging from your attitude and your inability to separate fact from fiction, my guess is that you'll probably throw away your CPU long before it pans out. It's been my observation that the vast majority of "investors" who post on these boards do not have the patience and skill to consistently make money in the market. Most are emotional short-term gamblers (i.e. money-losers). That's why the nitwits who were giving me the same exact grief two years ago on the ZITL message boards are now gone and I have six figures of their money in my bank account. And it's also why the loathsome and inane former Burrito peddler "TokyoMex" gets so much airtime here. Interesting to note that TokyoMex and C.K. Houston were peripherally involved in the TAVA stock promotion scheme.

No matter how often you point out that its better to own the casino than play at the craps tables, it never seems to sink in. Instead of getting mad at me for my opinion about the stock (which makes you look awfully petulant and foolish by the way, especially since I've been proven corrrect on more than one occasion), I suggest you take a closer look at your own investing style and figure out what's wrong with it.
