I don't know who deserves the blame on that one. Military leadership never admits it is wrong ... On another note -- I think that that one guy who cut the gondola wire probably shouldn't be facing court-martial --- I think he screwed up and 20 poeple were killed, but it was obviously unintentional on his part ... I'm sorry for the families, but the way to prevent it from happening in the future isn't a court-martial, it is stiff civil penalties for the air force.
