Andrew - thanks for the support. I'd prefer that these guys leave the stock alone, but I'm not concerned for the long term unless they tell me about some problem with the company that I'm not aware of. If I've misjudged the company, I'm sure as hell not going down with this ship (that's a "P" at the end of the word), but thus far they haven't provided anything specific.

OTC-BB stocks can be shorted 1-by any U.S. market maker on its own behalf under the theory of "maintaining an orderly market," 2-by Canadian and other non-U.S. accounts, or even 3-by several, if not many, U.S. broker/MMs who will do it for the account of a good customer. To my knowledge, only "3" is technically illegal. Can anyone add to this? Thanks - Eric
