Your point is well taken at some point i will take some profits and let the rest ride. should still get some price appreciation when we start phase 1.

I am just a cautious person by nature. I do think this is a good deal for Inflazyme. I also felt that the news release didn't tell the story clearly enough for the layperson so that's why I posted what I learned. I have the benefit of having worked in the industry for years and I have negotiated these types of deals with big pharma. Even some of the people in the industry that I work with read the news release and weren't clear as to whether this was an option deal,or a full license. I felt that greater clarity in the exact nature of this agreement should be posted.

So I guess what I'm saying is that I like the deal Inflazyme signed, I didn't like their press release.
