Im not an accountant ,This is going to be a class with part of it taught during the live
open market>>>It is unlike anything ever done before ..I will trade live and I will make
calls on the spot..

The fact that it is going to be a trdaing day is important because Im going to have a live
NASDAQ feed coming in and we are gonna go stock to stock and talk about what we
see and how I read a live screen..LEVEL II and each and every market maker will be
discussed ..

My best friend will also be there,, and when you find out who he is ..It will be Huge
surprise..He is a legend on Wall Street...He is a Market maker presently

T-MEX, RE:*** DRIV ***

partial copy from the DRIV boards may give a clue to DRIV weakness

As one who minimized importance of locked-up share expirations, I must acknowledge
now-unlocked selling appears to be compounding DRIV's decline in this unhappy
market. In the past few months, sell-offs of DRIV have been on thin volume, while this
week's daily figures have been substantial. My conclusion is that some of 5.4 million
shares out of lock-up Feb 7 are being sold into this already falling market. Overall
decline may even be pushing heretofore locked-in to get liquid, despite lower prices.

Be aware that another 7.5 million shares will be unlocked March 10. Depending on
market conditions at that time, further price erosion could occur. For this long-termer, a
decline into the twenties would occasion serious additional accumulation,
