Another interpretation is that there are better uses for the cash than simply shrinking the assets of the company by buying back shares. Maybe QNTM can get a higher rate of return in their core business while growing assets. Just another view, John Dodson

To top it all off, management has showed poor judgement in both the heads and high end business over a period of years and the successful launch and transition to super DLT now loom as a major risk. Hope I didn't rain on anyone's parade. -Z
