TPII - panning out for you? Now there's a case of a full-fledged stock-promotion fraud wrapped around a scam company run by a bunch of crooks. Bravo.

Well I guess we can agree on something after all... <VBG>

And you can take people's "money" only because this stock is below $10 and beneath the radar screens of most institutional investors.

So you and your buddies can take some spare change, short the stock, and create the impression that something must be fundamentally wrong with this company.

But we know the truth. The Market is a war of money and will. If you have enough of the former and possess the latter, you can move this stock in either direction when it is sitting around $7/share.

Less than $3 million traded hands in TAVA today (800,000 shares divided by two (1/2ing based on mmkr trades) equals 400,000 shares multiplied by $7 or $2,800,000 total.

That ain't much when it comes to manipulating a stock in either direction.

And I don't see a concerted effort on the part of TAVA to jack up the price of their stock. In fact, there doe everything BUT jack up that price through hype.

There are far more lucrative plays out there begging for your attention, such as EBAY, AMZN, and YHOO. Funny how you fail to be so principled in a game played by the big boys and their hype.

You short TAVA because you can and the company permits you to do so due to their TOTAL LACK OF SHAREHOLDER INTEREST and their naivete' in believing that if they do their jobs properly the stock will eventually follow and reflect that fact. It just ain't so.

Regards,

Ron
