Oops. I stand corrected. The high was 15 7/16 and you bought at 15 5/16. I'd be interested to know what in the world you think was done that was illegal? What does your attorney think? I'm down alot to. I'm not happy either. I couldn't sell when I wanted to because ETrade was down - now that might be grounds for a lawsuit.

Roulette, I can't help laughing when I read your emails. Talking to a lawyer about a lawsuit against an IPO because you bought high and sold low??! Any lawyer with a IQ above 20 will be laughing their socks off. You've got to be kidding. If you want to hype/trash a stock, go to Yhoo message board. Leave this thread for some intelligent discussion. Stock market is not your savings account:-) BTW, the company is in silent period and no insider selling allowed for 180 days, it's the LAW. Tig
