That May Be A Stretch To Hope For Bill.......... My wish list would be thus........... 1. Insider trades filed within three days of transaction. This is similar to the three day rule regarding settlements etc. 2. Insider trades available through CSW et al within 5 biz. days. This would allow them a Min. of 5 and Max. of 7 days for access,and help pay for the cost of providing this information. 3. Insider trades available to the public within 14 consecutive days This would allow anyone interested access within a reasonable timeframe.If you're not interested enough to pay for it,it shouldn't matter to you.The brokerages and On-Line trading outfits should carry this anyway. 4. Inside trading available for all exchanges to outfits like CSW. All transactions are now in databases anyway since the TSE broke into the 20th century recently.Maybe the lack of jurisdictional congruency is hindering the development of these services.Maybe the IDA should be given more sweeping powers over the exchanges.Maybe the boyz in zee east dont' wanna play with zee boys in zee West? Maybe I'm a Leo! Bottom line here Bill.......there is nothing holding this stuff back other than the participants desire not to do so.Period.If you are a retail investor in this country,you're at a big disadvantage without the same tools the brokerages have,which may be part of the larger scheme...errr...scam...errr....scene.Ya Scene..that's the ticket. Your real time idea is interesting,but for those who don't day trade etc.. it's not real important.I think the whole system needs catharsis ,but the forces of darkness are much stronger than that of the light.
